Lalique made various cat motifs which went well with his love of nature.

Lalique Cats were a favourite for Collectors and include Figurines and Brooches.
Lalique Art Nouveau Cats are probably the most collectible.

 

The glass cats have a sinuous form sometimes but some early glass cat figurines are being copied.The Czech copies have an acid etched rather than engraved signature.

Copies are sometimes more expensive than originals !
